澳洲RCM & C tick
澳洲和新西兰是两个人口较稀少的国家，目前人口只有2300万人口， 但消费能力非常强。
被人们普遍认识的SAA (Standards Association of Australia) 其实是一个标准研究所，主管标准的制定和修订。 他的标志也并不是澳洲产品认证标志。
正确的标志分为产品安全（没固定的标志，可用证书号来表示） 和 C-tick (EMC)标志。
在安全认证方面，根据产品类别不同，分强制认证产品(Declared Articles)和非强制认证产品（Non-Declared Article）。
强制认证产品（Declared Articles ）有：

强制产品安全认证 检测由国家认可的实验室 --- NATA (National Association of Testing
Authorities) 实验室， 或CB会员实验室测试， 将测试报告提交各州的认证受理机构申请证书。 目前，有资格受理认证申请的机构有7家（包括新西兰）：

经过以上其中之一认证受理机构颁发证书后， 打上认证公司缩写代码和登记证号 即为”安全标示”，例如 “N12345”, 表示由NSW 颁发的证书， 登记号为“12345”
C-tick标志目的是保护无线电通讯频段的资源，它规定的实施制度有点类似于欧洲的EMC指令. 因此，可以由生产商/进口商进行自我声明。但是，在申请 C-tick 标志之前，必须要按相关CISPR标准进行测试。并要由澳洲进口商背书&提交报告， 澳洲 ACA(Australian Commication Authority ) 统一受理，发放登记号码。当产品同时通过C-tick 测试和澳洲安全认证时，可以在产品上面，加贴RCM标志如下。
