2003年2月，Bluetooth Qualification Review Board正式认可了 PSB 的蓝牙产品测试设备，并签发了 Bluetooth Qualification Test Facility Recognition (BQTF)。因此，PSB 可以完成 Radio and Protocol/Profile Conformance 的所有目录中的产品，尤其是目录 A 的产品(这部分的产品必须由 BQTF 完成)。
